While the flat and incline presses are a staple in chest workouts, this more than anything has brought my upper chest to develop. Bend over almost all the way at the waist and bring the handles out in front where you would bring the bench on an incline bench. Stop when your hands are wide and just focus on contraction. Levrone did these in M3.

How can you tell if one exercise is responsible for your development over another?

I know that Milos has a great mind for BBing.. but i would just keep it simple and do some free weigdht flyes

Because until that exercise, I really noticed nothing in my middle and inner upper chest development.

It's not an incline crossover. I find that this bent over version gives me just enough stretch and a better contraction in the chest.

Like a reverse bent over lateral. Sounds good. I'm still surprised that this helped you put on size, but whatever works. Maybe it's all the blood pumping to the muscle and extra contration that you get with crossovers.
Seriously. I would have kept dismissing until a few weeks ago all the benches were taken for flyes so I did this and got a crazy pump and it has been filling up ever since (I've been doing them twice a week for 5 sets).

What else do you do for chest?
5 sets of flat bench, 4 sets of incline with the final set being a free weight stop press variation Milos mentioned where you drop the weight and stop for 2-3 seconds at the bottom of the rep and squeeze and contract up.

Any exercise will make you grow if you train right.
Iv'e said it a million times before.............. 80 pounds is 80 pounds. Whether it is round or square. attached to a cable or in dumbell form.
Do you think there are little men inside your muscles wearing hardhats that look out your eyes with a periscope? When you apporach a Cybex machine the leader tells the rest, "FALSE ALARM....it's machine, no growing tonight.......the shaping crew handles this."

This kind of common sense evades most. There's a long-held misconception that cables are mainly for cutting.

i always do incline cable flyes in my chest workout, more tensions, better pump, i love it!
