Im typing this whiloe waiting for my next meal (T, probs eat about 8.30).
Already had 4 meals today. and i was feeling real hungry b4 my 5th meal, so i just had 2 fried eggs on a piece of toast. i know alot of u would say thats unhealthy (frying etc), but i dont gain overly quickly+i wanted something quick lol.
Chicken stir fry cumin up soon tho!!

Good snacks are all kind of nuts*, tuna, cottage cheese with cinnamon and cocoa or (chocolate whey)...
*not including daddywaddy, TA, the shadow

Healthy snacks - dried fruit & nuts.
Not so Healthy - chocolate chip cookies. ;D

McDonalds Cheeseburgers... Minimum of 6 at a time...

My quick snacks are Almonds, Cashews, Pumpkin seeds, Granny Smith Apples, and home made beef jerkey.

Salami stick
dried fruit / nuts
Double whopper with cheese , large fries and a bbq bacon and cheese burger , choc sundae ;)
