Calves 12 inches

Bench Press 145 for 3
Squat 185 for 3
Deadlift 175 for 5
Shoulder Press 35's for 5
Curl 50 for 4
overhead extension two arms  40 pound db

im not a dan18 supporter----but---didnt he at least post a picture on here?  Any squadfather pics on here?  Unless I'm on drugs, dan18 owns squadfather here

looks pretty accurate but you forgot forehead 29 inches

a more accurate measurement of his head is 147kg, that way you get an idea of it thickness!!
