At the grocery store they're always on the shelves, un refrigerated, so I guess it doesn't matter aslong as you don't leave them past the usedby date.

so did you get sick?

Never in the fridge. Local supers also don't store eggs in the fridge.
I've been actually a couple of times in north-Africa, and over there you buy them of the streets where they're exposed to sun and heat. Most restaurants and other merchandisers do the same.
Nobody got ill.
-
most chefs are against putting eggs in the fridge as they say it actually makes them go off faster. You can keep them out of the fridge for a couple of weeks, so ovrenight is no problem
-
WTF???????!!!!!!!!! Here in Chicago you will only find eggs in the refrigerated section. I don't think anyone should be taking health or food lessons from North Africa.

i didnt get sick, so its all good

Actually these skinny-ass africans look rock-solid at a percentage of below 10 percent at a weight about 170.
They don't workout but they're doing something wright.
-
they should be fine. As long as they don't get hit by direct sunshine or get hotter than room temp. The chance of getting sick from eggs is low and as long as you cook them you are ok

maybe they did get ill but they were just preoccupied with dealing with the AIDS that 95% of that country has?

Agreed. They have spent to much time in the temperature danger zone. Bacteria city.
