im pretty much bored with regular lifting takes too much time too, here is an excellent cross training routine
sprint 100 yards do 20 pushups or maximum u can do , repeat this over and over for about 20 minutes
next day
sprint 100 yards find maybe a pullup bar or use a dumbell out side do some rows n shit repeat over and over
your lungs will feel like bursting
