Title: Flex Magazine's New Arnold article

Freakin sucks.  It is a simulated day at golds venice with arnold.  No interviews, a girlie little story.

Give me his real routine, his real diet, not a story of him lookin outside for girls.

I may return the magazine.

I may have to check out MD, if I could find it in vegas.

Let me give you a tip. You could eat everything arnold ate, work out with his EXACT training routine, and you could take his EXACT drug dosages right down to the nanogram and you would still NEVER EVER look like him. Now go suck your thumb.

No reason to check out MD, I read it and there are zero training articles. Try Kaged Muscle or Musclemag.
