Hey serge,
we all know steroids built HUGE, AMAZING, FREAKY PHYSIQUES. So, if you don't mind me asking, I was wondering what steroids you took?? Since you posted your training routine, why not post your steroid cycle as well???
Flex Wheeler said in his book 'Flexability' how steroids gave him the body of his dreams in no time at all...which is pretty amazing....I'd love to be the same with 22 INCH GUNS, 55 INCH CHEST, 20 INCH CALVES AND 30 INCH QUADS :o
I'd love to try out a champion's cycle and get FREAKY HUGE in no time at all....like you did

Well since steroids are responsible for 75% of the muscle on the pro's bods, I don't see why not? Its a legit question. Having steroid advice form a BODYBUILDING LEGEND like Serge would be AMAZING

Well since steroids are responsible for 75% of the muscle on the pro's bods, I don't see why not? Its a legit question. Having steroid advice form a BODYBUILDING LEGEND like Serge would be AMAZING

oh, btw, you also completely missed my point about showing respect didn't you? he has already been prompted on this and has made it very clear that he doesn't want to go there.
serge owes you NOTHING. he attends to this forum on a regular basis and gives a fantastic insight into a champion's life.

i don't see why not? what reasons could serge have ??? We all know steroids are a massive part of BB, whether people admit it or not. I'd just love to have advice on gear from a BB legend like Serge. He knows his stuff thats for sure

Serge has my utmost respect and I admire him greatly. He is one of the best BBs of all time alongside Jay, Ronnie and all the other greats. He is my BODYBUILDING IDOL AND I WANNA LOOK JUST LIKE HIM
You are right, serge owes us nothing...BUT....if he comes onto a BB forum, obviously he will be asked questions about it, although I didn't know he had already been asked that question. I won't ask him again :-\

i'd have to say it doesnt matter who he is...but from my point of view he is doing an awesome thing here...telling it like it is. I had the privilege to be trained by a pro and had perhaps 10 years of bullshit info feeding via magazines and such. He is a tremendous asset to this board and i think what he says is priceless. He shoud be charging, i'd pay.

Who ever said Serge was using anything?
Serge worked out 5 hours a day everyday. Offseason he would be 10-15 pounds off contest weight.
Hard training and heart is what made Serge.

dianabol,,oxandrolone,,winstrol,,deca,,primo,,and some test at a lot lower doses than today mainly for agressivness and extra androgen,,
why does he need to talk about it,,it is common basic products of the era

Hey gh15...I just remember something...russians.... weren't those methyltestosterones? tablets?...they built 90 % of the physiques in eastern europe throughout the 80's and early 90's....U coud get them from a pharmacy ...no prescription...same for naposim...
