This section is for all you naturals who would like to become elite through pure hard work and proper nutrition.
This knowledge that I am going to share with you comes from my own experience. I gather that you are here today to form a community that stresses the ideal physique over the drugs and asymmetry going on today. We all want to look like those iron age statues of human beings and have the strength and athletic ability to back it up. Not to mention character forged through many diligent training sessions in the iron rooms!
So get ready to hear more of my thoughts on what works, what needs to change in order for it to work and the all time missing factor of a complete physique.
Questions/Suggestions/Comments are welcome.

I am currently doing a one bodypart a week split. Basically it is pump and pump some more a bodypart into submission and leave it sore for a week. I am not counting how many sets I am going. I would guess 40 sets per muscle group. I am no longer writing everything down.

How do you get yourself pysched up and ready to rock before a training session?

I think of training 24/7. I have tons of motivation to hit the gym. I think of the greats of iron and visialize myself as one. Sometimes if I didn't get any sleep and am dead tired I just go in the back and splash some water in my face.
I have a normal meal an hour before training.
