in about an hour and a half i'm tearing into a nice big cheeseburger with a big'ol slice of sharp cheddar cheese, a big 'ol tomato, some seasoned oven cooked fries and big 'ol piece of cheesecake that i got at Sam's club, one of the best cheesecakes i've ever had, what about you guys?

20 Ounce NY Strip Steak topped with Cave Aged Bleu Cheese and Butter(real butter no fucking substitutes)
2 Large Pieces of Pumpernickel Bread with Butter
3 Ounces of French Fries, Homemade, Fried in Truffle Oil
6 Ounces of Portobello Mushrooms Sauted In Truffle Oil
Half a Bottle of 2003 Magnificat Cabernet Sauvignon (Meant to honor Bach)
That was a good dinner.
Jezebelle ate the same as we both cooked it all!

His methods only work because by eliminating a Macro(Carbs) he is limiting calories.

I think people eat "Clean" because they are ignorant or they have to give themselves an identity to what they are doing. They want to be recognized and wish to separate themselves.
