Title: animal-pak?

i was wondering if animal paks are good, anyone know? and would it be good to take the animal pak while taking creatine? a couple of people at my gym said to just take the animal pak or the creatine while others say take both, what do you think?

Great multi, about $18 for 44pak online, prosource, etc.

Take the Pak as your daily multi with your first meal of the day to cover your micronutrient bases... Add your creatine pre and/or post workout for purspose of cell volumization. In my opinion, a multi, creatine and a good protein powder are the core, must-have supplements. Peace, G

I been using them since 2000. they have been my only constant in suppliments. I damn near dont call them supps any more. They are like just part of my diet i guess.

they turned my pee bright yellow.  like i ate a highlighter or something. 
either way, its a somewhat decent product.
