 Head'n to the Arnold Classic in March and i have'nt really been keeping up on the new supps, just wondering if there's anything worth pick'n up?

nothing. anything besides protein, glutamin, creatine, green tea and amino acids is scam.

Since when are roids supplements?  I thought it went supplements ( products that usually don't work ), and roids ( products that always work, with side effects ).
