It doesn't matter I don't think, as long as you drink lots and lots of water with it! Your body will absorb the creatine no matter what.

Dissolved in liquid, on an empty stomach is best.  Use warm water to get it to dissolve, then add some ice to cool it off before drinking it.

If your using micronized creatine it will dissolve without warm water. I never use warm water and the shit works great. AST  Micronized creatine HSC.

The size of the creatine particle doesn't change it's solubility.  It may not sink to the bottom of the glass as fast, but it doesn't dissolve any better.

Stupid. Every of your advices on supplements i read so far sucks.

Empty stomach with warm water gets absorbed the best.

Anything else is risking a fast run to the toilet.

Take your creatine with some juice, or some kind of glucose transport and you will get all the absorbtion you need!

Undissolved creatine can take the fast track through your intestines and out your back door...

It IS best to dissolve it first.  And regardless of it's particle size (micronized or not), it won't dissolve in cold water very easily.  Warm water will help it dissolve much faster.  That's a fact jack!

I'm not going to argue creatine with you guys! Ive been using creatine for about 10 years and have always mixed it with juice. The few times I mixed micronized creatine with water it dissolved just fine. I have never had a problem with creatine making a fast track to the back door! Drink the shit with juice and it will disolve, and your body will absorb it more efficiently than with just water.
