I know this has been said before but man, Hernon wasted a lot of potential!

He only competed in two pro contests (in his rookie year) and then quit. I thought he had a physique that could have competed for Mr. O. Why'd he give up so quickly?

I may be mistaken, but I read somewhere that he quit competing after going to jail for a while on steroids-related charges...

Phil is a board Pro over at ProfessionalMuscle. He is one of the most intelligent men in the game ( on the same par with Dante and a few elite others.) Phil lives in NY and trains people in his gym or consults with them by phone. A very classy guy.

Watch / listen for Phil on an upcoming edition of No Bull radio
