Title: WHAT DO U THINK OF THIS THERMOGENIC STACK I HAVE PLANNED

I am thinking of combining these ingredients and taking two serves per days.

is it safe? will it be effective?

1 serve (taken twice per day for a month)

Synephrine - 15 mg
Caffeine - 300 mg
Aspirin - 300 mg
green tea - 500 mg

let me know ur opinions.

Drop the Synephrine and use the ephedrine @25 - 50mg. You can add the green tea too. It would be safe. You can get it here:  http://www.netnutri.com/browse.cfm/4,1807.htm

hey man , yeah im from nz so u know the story with ephedra , im curious as to the use of asprin with your 'legal' stack , ive never really understood why its included?

Do it like this.

You can switch to illegal stuff like ephedrine later in life.  ;D ;D

the aspirin will protect your heart, by thinning the blood and also keep blood pressure down somewhat! It will also help open up receptors so the stack will have more of an effect on your body!

Yes, but it's very harsh on the stomach and intestines. Like all painkillers, it should only be taken over short periods of time.

True, but you can eat 2 baby aspirins and it will work fine. Also a lot easier on the stomach...
