Title: Hello everyone - new here!
Post by: steakNiron on February 12, 2007, 09:40:29 AM: I have been working out for about 8 months now and have gone from 160 lbs (5'7) to 195. I will post pictures soon, i used to go to bodybuilding.com but i cant take it anymore due to "Layne Norton". He think he knows everything and is a jerk. Well, just wanted to say hi and hope to have a good time here at getbig!

Yea man! I mean i plan on entering a competition later this year and would like some criticism on some improvements I could make. I'm 18, so i really only have members at my gym and my parents tell me how im getting a bit bigger. LOL!! But im sure thats bc they only want to be nice.

You didn't have a very good upbringing during childhood and your family struggles to make ends meet month to month. Hope this helps
