Here in The Netherlands, if you beat the shit out of some crack turd after he attacked your car with the pipe, you probably get charged (or how you call it in English) and then you have to go to court. The magistrate will treat you like a criminal and in the end you have to pay damages (compensation). Maybe worse. The crack turd doesn't have to pay for the damage to your car, because he's a poor crack turd.  >:(
