poor urban blacks, poor Hispanics and poor rednecks vote for?  If this was a bipartisan supported issue aimed at getting lazy asses off their ass, stopping the welfare cycle, welfare babies and making people work, who would they support?

Who do they support now?  Clinton, along with a Republican Congress, already made significant welfare reforms, no?
