LOL!!! Nice of the SquadFather to let us all see him working out with his own personal training secrets on video. Thanks for sharing with us. If he packs on any more muscle, that security guard shirt (with all those coffee stains) he wears on duty at Abdul's all night donut shop is going to bust all out.
