a buddy of mine told me he read somewhere that you went back to the IFBB. i havent been on this board for a while so im a little lost.

i told him from the stuff ive seen you post about the ifbb.............and some of its pros  ;) that it probably wasnt likely. 

so whats the deal? are you going back or staying with the PDI?
