Title: Glutamine and creatine brands///????? is there a difference

Was wondering if anyone would recomend a creatine and glutamine brand name .. I use the vitamin world brand just becuase its priced well....  what brand do u guys use??? i wana stay away from the mixers for example cell tech and the sugary stuff.. Is that glutamine by MPH any good or another pay for the brand name???

I use the MHP glutamine and it works really well. For creatine I use AST hsc brand, but it has the glucose transport in it. AST also makes a pure Micronized Creatine that works well also. For me I prefer the creatine with the glucose transport just for convenience.

alot people seem to think glutamine doesnt work or doesn thave the science behind it.
