Well I gotta tell ya everyone here thinks Alexxx looks allot better than Apenis. Apenis just doesn't have genetics tolook anything but shitty. He is expecting to have muscle without lifting. Thanks. It's been a while since I stepped on the scale.. last time I check I was almost 220 last month. But I don't really care about the weight. It's about how you look. It's funny cause people think I am 250. :)

just wondering if you think you'll need to worry about his conditioning.....I don't think you need to get much leaner, but you could bring out some striations and more separation.
