Title: how do I get SUPER SHREDDED, ROCK-HARD HAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I saw Lee Priest at the last arnold classic, I was AMAZED AT HOW SHREDDED Lee got those hams.... :o :o :o

I mean, in the past Lee always had really flabby hams and a fat flabby ass onstage......

But this year, Lee HAD AMAZING ROCK-HARD, SUPER SHREDDED, DEFINED, ROCK-SOLID MEGA HAMSTRINGS  :o :o :o :o

How did you do it Lee???? I want SHREDDED HAMS just like yours
