Title: Bad, bad dad tosses son's opponent
Post by: Tre on February 16, 2007, 08:48:33 AM

Was the kid in any danger?  If so, why didn't dad cold cock the ref?

That was a little disturbing, did you see the anger on that idiot's face? He could have hurt that kid, that NINE year old kid.

I can't believe that doesn't fit the definition of assault. I hope the mother gets a nice little settlement from that jackass for her son.

I can't stand seeing that crap. Up here a father killed his son's hockey coach in the arena in front of the kids.

If I saw a dangerous situation involving any child in a sporting event, I would follow the necessary protocol to stop it immediately, but it certainly would not involve the launch of a child.  That being said, discomfort is not dangerous, although one might argue that it's potentially dangerous.  The father obviously had a different angle, but I couldn't see where the kid was facing a possible injury and besides, kids are unbelievably flexible at that age anyway.

The Ref. was moving to break it up before the father actually pushed the kid. The dude's clearly a psycho, he was even screaming at the camera.

He sees his son get tossed by a grown man, but instead of rushing to his kid's aid, he keeps filming!

Yes, he is definitely GetBig material.   ;D

maybe a new thread might be in order, but it makes me sick to see and read about these loonie parents that fight refs for bad calls, or punch coaches for not playing their kids or other parents because some kid hurts theirs.

just like this man that pushed that kid, any parent who acts like that should be removed permantely from any event.

The next thing you would have seen (had that been me) is the camera drop, and the punk dad get a right cross and fly off screen....

You can also see these kids just don't have the explosive power to create the torque needed to really hurt each other?

Question #1, why was that moron letting his kid wrestle in the first place?

Something tells me it was the perennially beligerent "bmacsys" in the video. There's a disturbing resemblance. :o

If that was my kid that got tossed that dude would have needed police protection to keep me from killing that guy.

Totally uncalled for; there was no problem plus he could've stopped it without throwing the kid.

On the other hand, fortunately the kid wasn't hurt so maybe the best solution in this case would be being forced to take an anger-management class + the publicity surrounding it.

I would have punched the kid in the face! Forget just soft tossing him! By the way, I'm not the only person here that you annoy the shit out off little Pumpster.

Good rationalization for your denial. Very short fuse. Kid-tossing could be your calling.
