is that i have been taking them and my piss is like a neon yello/ neon green does this mean i am not drinking enough water or what?

no matter how much water you drink it will look like that,so enjoy it while your taking it ;)

That is a sign that you are taking in an abundance of B vitamins, more than your system is generally used to. Nothing to be alarmed about. We fondly call it "Pak piss". Peace, G
