Exodus 7:9
"When Pharaoh says to you, 'Perform a miracle,' then say to Aaron, 'Take your staff and throw it down before Pharaoh,' and it will become a snake."
Job 5:9
He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted.
Psalm 77:14
14 You are the God who performs miracles;
you display your power among the peoples.
Mark 6:3
"Where did this man get these things?" they asked. "What's this wisdom that has been given him, that he even does miracles! 3Isn't this the carpenter? Isn't this Mary's son and the brother of James, Joseph, Judas and Simon? Aren't his sisters here with us?" And they took offense at him.
Acts 19:11
God did extraordinary miracles through Paul,
2 Thessalonians 2:9
The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders,
Hebrews 2:4
God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.

loco, i was wondering more along the lines of why miracles?
i mean they imply that something needs to be fixed or the creation wasnt perfect or god made a mistake. why would he need to change or intervene?
if he is all-knowing wouldnt he know that there was a problem hence the need for a miracle, thus correcting it from the start?
i dont believe in miracles, i beleive extraordinary things due happen only because we dont understand them, things like telepathy, psychokinesis etc on grand scales.
