I found this fantastic recipe on the net that packs 50grams of protein per hit.
it is simple to make. - six scoops of skim milk powder, 4 egg whites, 2 teaspoons of natural chocolate powder, 2 tablespoons of amino-peptide-mobilizer, 3 teaspoons argino- polimer-fractose-inhibitor, 1 tablespoon of liptus-pro-magano derivative. Add splender to taste. mix in blender. give it a go!

Sounds like a pain in the ass. WTF is "amino-peptide-mobilizer" and "argino- polimer-fractose-inhibitor" and " liptus-pro-magano derivative " ?
Just eat some chicken!

;D Dammit I'd rather just spend the $$ ;D

Sounds like a good idea but does seem like a pain in the ass.

Monster idiocy.
Mixing all this will cost way more money than just buying it, plus then you don't have to clean up after mixing it...
You're an idiot.

haha, me neither. btw, that 'shake' will not be anywhere near whey isolate regarding BV and speed.
If i want to eat something sweet yet don't wat to have a protein shake, i mix:
1 banana
500g yoghurt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon cocoa powder (the one used for baking, without anything added)
artificial sweetener
oatmeal/fibers/oil (depending on time of day and goal)
(chocolate whey added sometimes)
this is more of a complete meal than a protein shake, i eat this for breakfast very often.

DK, I have been having a lot of this dairy product, have no idea what it is in English, kind of seems like a cross between yoghurt and cottage cheese
nutritional info/100g
47Kcal
protein 7.6g
carbs 3.3g
fats 0.5g
What do you think this stuff would be called in English? I've been whacking it in shakes like there's no tomorrow and loving it! Costs me 0.53€/500ml

Maybe "Magerquark"?? Seems like they don't have it in the US.
It's some sort of fresh cheese i think.
I just went to the fridge and had a look, mine has
Protein 12g
carbs 3.2g
fat 0.3g
Great stuff, i add that to the above shake when i need more casein. It get more like pudding or molten ice cream then, has a sensational 80g of protein. (60g from 500g Magerquark and about 20 from added Yoghurt!)

Tuna and V-8. Mmm-mmm good. :P
or
Banana
Skim milk
1 egg, 5 whites
cottage cheese
Water
or
18 egg whites + 3 yolks
skim milk and water
Milo (Ovaltine) in moderation - a good de-frothing agent!
Bring it to work in a cooler and drink with your solid carbs and fats.
-
sounds interesting, but bythe time you buy all the stuff tou mentined, you are probably spending the same amount of $ or even more. if you look in the right place, you can get good sales on protein powders. ( i shop online at prosource.com.)
-
i bet if you went into a health store and asked for this----> liptus-pro-magano derivative----> that 99 out of 100 people would look at you like you were an idiot.
ill stick to buying the whey and also, creating cool meal/drinks, similar to the one donkey kong posted.

2 scoops of whey cost about $0.50
and takes about 20 seconds to mix
why the hell would anyone mix all those ingrediants listed above? what a waste of time

Is anyone going to admit they have no idea what hank wood is talking about and he is most likely just talking out of his arse to wind us up? ???
