Hey reader,

I am about to start takeing creatine but first i would like to know what kind/brand others would recommend?
I think i have found ot so far that i should take something called monohydrate cratine!!!!

but what brand is the best?.....like N-large is the best weightgainer for people who really wanna put on weight!

Not again!!

Do a search on creatine, this question has been answered a zillion times.

Plain Creatine Monohydrate is best. Brand doesn't matter.

Mesh factor should be medium to high.

Last week i decided to give creatine monohydrate one last go. NEVER AGAIN! It gave me the shits once again.

I like the Pro Source generic. Seems to work. Their glutamine & BCAAs & multi Vit. too.
Anyone got better? (quality & Price?)

For cheap, I go with EAS Phosphagen HP or MRM CreActive.
