This is not a joke thread, since ive uppedmy protein and started eating "properly" for body building my farts are terrible! Its embarrassing like at work and that, is there any supplement or anything i can take to solve this problem?

bean-o is supposed to be good, but ive never taken it. then again, i dont get gas from protein.

Take a fabric softener sheet, heavily scented, and place it between the buttocks. ;D
Or just drop the protein by 20 or 30% and raise it back up slowly. You'll get used to it and not rumble so much. Consider your source too - eggs are the worst for me.

Try taking an activated charcoal tablet a couple times a day. But be careful because it can slow or block the absorption of certain medications.

get yourself some digestive enzymes, take three with each meal, I garantee you won't have even one fart with those. I used to drink ABB XXL weightgainer 1100 ( 1100 calories in a 20 oz bottle ), it would have me on the toilet the rest of night with explosive diarea. A bodybuilder told me about them, so I took three with my Drink and not even a single fart, my body digested it like a champ. Highly recommend!
