Meaning New Mexico?

So what?

The new Mexico senate is powerless to do anything at all, making this a colossal waste of the New Mexico taxpayer's time and money.

Am impeachment begins in the U.S. House of Representatives, nowhere else.

has to start somewhere.  it's a powerless motion, but people all over america are looking at it and 1) agreeing and 2) realizing pelosi is a pussy and 3) wondering how they can guarantee their job in 2008 by being a part of a real one.

Obviously, this is going nowhere.

But as a matter of parliamentary procedure, I believe that this is on the books somewhere as a recognized means of starting the impeachment ball rolling.
