Or so it was included in their reports to inflate Terrorism statistics... What the hell is Marriage Fraud anyway?

I beleive creating a marriage for the sole purpose of attaining citizenship. For instance a family friend paying me money to marry someone in their family from overseas so they can come to the US and live. Then we get divorced in two years.
