Would you say you spend on bodybuilding? For me, I'd say maybe 30 bucks.
-
Do your parents pay for food?
I spend over 500 a month on food alone...
-
yeah right..they buy me maybe a thing or two of oatmeal a month and maybe some tuna now and then.my dad is laid off so money is ridiculously scarce..I can't even afford a gym membership.
-
I see... so I guess daily sirloins and tenderloins are probably out of the equation... 30 bucks a month seems too little to grow on..
-
Lmao, it's sacrifice, man. I'm growing just fine on oatmeal, raisin bran, and milk. :D :D
It'd be nice to get in enough calories and protein, though.
-
Yeah, but you won't become a monster on just that... If you wanna get up to 230, 250, 270... you will need alot more food than that...
-
i know dudes who spend $1000 on supplements each month and their kitchen counters look like mini pharmacies. i spend most of my money on food and music. id say $100 a week on food.
-
At least 75% of my money...
-
$500 on food, $60 on supps.
-
$200 on food & $25 on supps.
-
$300 / month (food/multi/creatine/efa's)
-
I spend about $60 a month, protein powder lasts me 6-7 weeks with a 5lber and the rest is basics anyway unless I try a fancy new creatine or something. Food costs me around $80 a week ($320 a month) but I eat out 2-3 times a week. My boss spends $1000 and eats about 4 out of 5 meals from supplements/MRP's. Overkill much? Anything more than $100 and you better have a dang good reason/physique for doing so.....
