Attention Sarcasm, Mars and the rest of the gang,
I'd like to nominate the following people for formal SQUAD associate status, so they may eventually become full-fledged members in time, if they prove their loyalty and owning skills in the weeks to come:
1) Benjamin Pearson,
2) Columbusdude82 and
3) Slaveboy1980
Of these 3 men, BP and Columbus have expressed interest in enlisting and they've done some decent work to date. If Squadfather and Mars approve of this and the rest of our legendary members all support the cause, BP and Columbus can immediately be conferred a formal associate status. They'll then be observed for about 10 - 12 weeks and at the end of the time, we can review their work and if we find them good enough (which I'm sure we will), let them become members.
Let's hear some opinion gents.

Another clown looking at my posting history. I know exactly what times I was on because I had a 3 hour lab and 2 1 hour 15 minute classes today, and I'm only able to get to a computer in one of them and I wasn't really posting during it today.

The Squad should have stayed smaller, and therefore more elite. Look at John Matrix, for instance. Now THERE is a winner. ::) The Squad is better when it is smaller. Now every Tom, Dick, and Harry is getting in. The "fear factor" has gone WAY down seeing that many of the fairly recent additions are schmucks who couldn`t own themselves out of a wet paper bag.

I've always referred to Sarcasm as 'The great Sarcasm', 'The almighty Sarcasm' etc, but it's only me who does that among all the members ;D. Mars always refers to Sarcasm as 'The Excellency', 'Founding father' etc. Mars and me get a kick out of saying it, which is why only we do it.

I think my second point regarding the notoriety is extremely important. Months ago, I remember being very intimidated by some epic owners... I don't think it's as true anymore... we need to revive this as well.

There's definitely some reconsolidation going on as kiwiol pointed out.
The infestation of skinny little bottom bears has been especially heavy lately, which caused a little confusion as some innocent onlookers got caught in the crossfire of some particularly savage ownings. The legendary kiwiol has been restoring order while RB and BF keep the V on a tight lockdown from these skinny little twunts.

i gotta agree here. it went from kinda the renegade group of guys keeping things fresh, now it's almost like a goddamn world of warcraft guild. the brief burst of threads about saddam hussein and whatnot didn't help either, it made the place look like they were just desparate for attention along the lines of "look how controversial we are! we like the ayatollah khomenei!" i'm damn glad that's over and done with and things are somewhat back to normal, it's why i stopped posting down here.
besides, a 60 man squad just makes it sound like you guys are going for quantity over quality.

Indeed. Benjamin Pearson is by far the best of the newest batch. Columbusdude, JohnMatrix, and a few other newbies are simply lame, unfunny schmucks who couldn`t own themselves out of a wet paper bag. Not a single one of them has done shit in terms of raising the Squad`s profile.
