does any1 have any good work out schedules because the one that ive been using now sucks because m brother does not want to change it. its like chest tries then back bies then liegs shoulders any1 have any good one but i want to keep the push and pull lifts together

Hmm, lets see, push/pull together for a 3 day split. This is a bit different:
Chest/Shoulders - Push
Back/Hamstrings/Bis - Pull
Tris/Quads - Push

thanks but my dad who was a body builder just said chest/back -mon and thurs shoulders/arms-tues and friday legs weds and sat sunday cartio

I know this was a popular split back in the day but I think most will feel this is severe overtraining for the natural BBer, myself included.
