The only reason I wouldn't follow that split is I find my traps get sore after deadlifts, bent rows etc. Wouldn't want to train them the day before back.
Currently I do
Monday - Back, (sometimes biceps)
Tuesday - Chest, Calves
Wednesday - (sometimes biceps), Cardio
Thursday - Quads, Hams
Friday - Shoulders, Traps, Triceps
Saturday - Abs, Calves, Cardio (if not playing rugby)
Sunday - Rest

If you wanted to follow the training, thats fine. many ppl that do a 2 on/1 off split uses that type of split. but if you want to follow his training style. then i would suggest making your on HIT program. b/c you might have lagging area then dorain did

ive trained similarly for yrs... when youve perfected your form the one set training is the way to go,,, you get nothing out of it unless your form is spot on tho..his early routines are ideal for beginners too, id recomend everyone whos starting off to read blood and guts and watch the video
