I still think that Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding has a lot of the answers about bodybuilding excersizes and information

I just lent mine out AGAIN this time to a guy at the gym...he is reading it and gonna copy some of the stuff

I'm still looking to buy that one... I haven't so far because it's not available on here and kinda heavy shipping.

Ya, there are a few things I think he misses in part due to his own biases, but overall a good guide. It sold well not because it's any different than a number of books but because of name recognition.
