VH1 says it's "I can't get no Satisfaction" by The Rolling Stones.

However, my personal Greatest would have to be All Along the Watchtower by Hendrix.

If someone were to say Rock Around the Clock by Bill Haley and the Comets though, I'd be fine with that as it made Rock and Roll mainstream with a huge bang.

Shadow shows his age by picking a Hair Metal tune from the 80s... I love Twisted Sister, but by no means is I Wanna Rock the greatest Rock song ever... It's not even Twisted Sister's greatest rock song... that distinction goes to "Burn in Hell".
