Earl is already sleeping on line outside the theater.

You mean...sleeping outside his local BLOCKBUSTER as it goes 'straight to dvd'?
-
So he is like a badder tougher straight Vin Diesel?
-
Judging from Backlash, Kevin needs to get back on "the sauce" while he still has time and win a few Arnolds, etc. I'm sure he could still kick just about everyone's ass onstage if he is in his best shape. I bet the payday is much better too. :-\

No Hating on this one...the movie is listed on hsx.com and is priced at $18.12. Definitely NOT straight-to-video. There is a big "Fast and Furious" market out there to be tapped over and over again...
...and just to let you know, movies pay a wee bit better than bodybuilding without the cost of gear and the tupperware containers.

Are you implying that Kevin Levrone and this 'REDLINE' movie will appeal to the market of the hip/hop, ghetto fab, ghetto rich culture including Chinamen in the 17-24yr age bracket who pour all their money into 'spoilers' and 'decals' on their Hondas while they live at home?
If VPX was smart...they would cross-market their ever so popular and VERY good 'thermo drink' with this movie.
Giving a FREE bottle of REDLINE to those who go see the movie REDLINE might physiologically enhance this movie going expierence by increasing your heart-rate and releasing 'nor-epinepherine' and adreneline. Something that driving very fast in 'souped-up' cars is supposed to do anyway.

brutal limited release.

He's already won a few Arnolds, well two of them anyway (1994, 1996).
What else does he have to prove at this point?

Nothing. Kevin is one if not the top winner in IFBB history. But, he could get the Arnold record from Flex (3 wins) and make some great money doing it.
-
Congrats go out to my boy!
Way to go Hollywood
Kev! ;)
Peace,
S. Ray

The record is four wins, by Flex Wheeler (1993, 1997, 1998, 2000). Besides, it ain't like Levrone's on welfare or anything.

hahahaha! you're a funny guy Herc! ;D
-
I wouldn't exactly call it "Levrone's movie".
-
Earl is gonna jerk it like 10 times the day this comes out
-
come to think about it, it's quite hard to get that big break in Hollywood. Maybe Kevin will explode into the silver screen soon, but so far, I think he's enjoying what he's doing now. I'm sure Kev's acting skills are improving with every flick he's made. good luck maryland muscle machine.

epic one scene non speaking part
-
He's on the up and up.
-
does he really only have one scene in it?

epic one scene non speaking part
For an epic two seconds.

Two seconds of heaven for Earl, though. ;D

Untrue. In REDLINE, Kevin has multiple scenes with dialog. This is a major movie getting a theatrical release which puts Kevin one up on Ferrigno and Columbo who never had a movie actually released in a theater. Here is a pic of Kevin talking shop with the director and DP. Directors don't speak with extras.

Rumor has it, Kevin's next role will be a Terminator-type role that will put him on the short list of diesel Hollywood stars. Kevin will be at the Arnold signing at the ESN booth. See you there.

You mean the 5'1" asians, and the 300 lb caucasians (never been laid) who who love to fix up their cars?

No, his best line is "Smoking Kills." LMAO. :D
-
I will say this......if DVD was available when some of Arnold's first movies came out....those flicks would have been canidates for "straight to video" release.
So go easy on Kevin

Don't leave out the brothers who have been known to put $30,000 stereos, speakers and woofers into $10,000 cars.

Oh shit That look's like a parody of Arnold's movie's in the 80's...
i hope he takes an "epic" U turn from that direction if he wants to b taken seriously.
-
If SNL finds that shit on youtube, they'll air it!!
I swear to God!! LOL
-
It appears to be another "bodybuilder cast as a bodyguard" type role. Most likely paid scale, @$750 per day. He's a nice guy, I wish him luck with his Hollywood carrer.

not true about ferrigno. ferrigno had his "hercules" movie. it was in theaters in the early 80's or so.

Here is a picture of Kevin in a gay-ass turtleneck, striking a pose of thoughtfulness, not being looked at or addressed by anyone else present.
