Any info on diet soda making you retain water. also anybody have any reports on hotrox. Ive been taking for a couple of days and i feel less hungry

Diet soda is crap, loaded with artifical sweetners......stuff is garbage.

I've heard it can. I stopped drinking soda this year (last one I had was on December 31) & I noticed that I dropped about five pounds in about a week. I've also noticed that I haven't had a migraine headache since December 31.

i did the same thing and someone told me the headaches are from the sudden lack of caffeine. dont know if its true though.

Headaches and other ailments are mostly due to the artifical sweetners.....once you stop consuming them, people tend to feel better and ailments dissipate.

It's not because of the caffiene because I still drink coffee.

ive been taking hotrox for 2 days and ill say this i have no appetite at all. we will see how it goes

I personally think it was water retention. Because I only drink about 2 or 3 "regular" sodas a week & the rest was diet. So in reality I wasn't getting all that much sugar. ::)

I agree the additives make you hold on to excess fluid. Drink h20 its better for you.

i now believe that diet pop does retain water. i havent drank any and have lost lots of water weight
