No.

In my mind a traitor is someone who sells a countries secrets, and or intel during a war.

Other than that he's just another person with an opinion he's voicing.  That's what's America is about.

Who has to take up arms when they can simply sign legislation into place to do the same thing?

The pen is mightier than the sword remember?

They'll be slowly, without congress, relinquishing American Soverenty to a larger government.  In MY BOOK, The person who does that is a traitor to America.

If the government is by the people and for the people, then they "The People" have every right to take up arms and reshape it as needed.

I agree with you 100% on this statement... but if a handfull of globalist dolts seek to change the government/nation we formed outside congress in a fashion that undermines the sovereignty of America, those dolts would be considered traitors in my book.

Yes, a very good point.  I wouldn't expect Mexicans and Canadians to know or care much for traffic laws, littering, safety, or the laws that govern the areas they're driving through.  Every time you have 8 Mexicans entering a 7/11 along the drive to eat/shoplift, you have a major problem.  No ID, no way to hold them accountable.  What are you going to do if 5 of them shoplift?  Ask for their name?

Arguably it will help manufacturing growth here and give America more resources.  But definitely, it will not be fun having them here.
