v-ups (legs brought as close to face as possible with control, held for a second then lowered the same way) in an ab chair, hanging, or on dip bars

Crunches
weighted crunches
old fashioned situps
roman chairs
cable crunches
lying or hanging leg raises
for different effect do 'em fast, slow, superset, squeeze, dont squeeze, high reps, low reps. Whatever you do, dont do the same thing week after week, keep them guessing
