Title: join the kettlebell craze, as sold on ebay

Join the Kettlebell Craze that is sweeping the nation

Get in Fantastic Shape!!!

You'll feel the Progress from Day 1!

The kettlebell body
Russian kettlebells are not for Kens and Barbies who want to look like ‘a collection of body parts.’ K-bells forge doers’ physiques along the lines of antique statues [adonis?]: broad shoulders with just a hint of pecs, back muscles standing out in bold relief, wiry arms, rugged forearms, a cut midsection, and strong legs without a hint of squat-induced chafing. Kettlebells melt fat without the dishonor of dieting or aerobics  :o ; losing 1% of bodyfat a week for weeks is not uncommon. If you are overweight, you will lean out. If you are skinny, you will get built up. According to Voropayev (1997) who studied top Russian gireviks, 21.2% increased their bodyweight since taking up kettlebelling and 21.2% (the exact same percentage, not a typo), mostly heavyweights, decreased it. The Russian kettlebell is a powerful tool for fixing your body comp, whichever way it needs fixing

It's not a "craze", they have been used in athletic strength programs for about 100 years, I use them all the time!

Two years ago it was the little trampoline you jump on.

Last year it was the big rubber ball.

This year it's kettlebells.

Next year it will be a giant Slinky.

This is what I mean when I say people on here are closed minded about training methods, they don't know any better, kettlebells have been around damn near as long as the dumbell and barbell!

Trampolines have been around a long time too.  :)  However, their vogue as fitness equipment was both recent and mercifully short-lived.

Couldn't agree more.  Just keep doing what you're doing and laughing at the rest.  I hope people make some money off this shit.

I use something like a kettlebell. It has a handle, is gray, and weighs about 40lbs.

It's called luggage.

If you want to lift something awkward and dangerous, might I suggest playing with a shotput or bowling ball?.

Kettlebells are a gimmick, just like a lunk alarm or a second getbig account.

Hope that helps.
