Let me say on a serious not RIP ROB SAGER. I remember seeing him a few years ago he won like playgirl man of the year or someshit n other things. He had the physique I WANTED TO BE! But he died young cause deep down i think he took the 'easy' route, you dont see dudes built n cut like him everyday....Ive only looked as good as him on days i was busting my ass with diet n cardio/weights, but never 365 days a year.
i can get out of shape just as QUICK as i can get into shape.
getting into shape would mean semi restricted diet plus 1 hour of cardio or more
getting out of shape would mean way too much fucking food and not burning it all off
pushing myself to the next level (which is the main part of my program) would mean a TON of calories, alot of cardio and alot of weightlifting sometimes training multiple times in 48 hours with no sleep

I just wanna comment on something here. I'm not sure that I've ever heard this guy Daddywaddy say a thing that I'd consider much in the way of off-base. I think this guy hears a higher voice than most and keeps it about as real as I've ever seen, hence his ability to get away with saying alot of things on here that no one else could. Also, if you'll notice, he always has a surprisingly fresh perspective that doesn't just come from logical (or illogical, for that matter) derivation of previously stated ideas. Given his more-or-less unpolished presentation, many might be prone to overlook or discount the value of alot of his insight, but I for one always pay close attention to what he says. Take this for whatever it's worth, but IMO, if he says something you disagree with, time will probably prove you best served by simply filing it under "wait and see" before speaking out against it. Alot of you already suspect as much.

you know, it's easy to make gains when you're young, and when you first figure out diet and training. but you're not going to make those kind of gains year in and year out. you're going to quickly reach a plateau.
dw has made some great gains in the past year, but I think he's reaching his natural potential. a year from now, I doubt he'll look much different than he does today. such is natural bodybuilding

I must say i bashed Daddywaddy many times in the past but have gained respect for him for 2 reasons--
#1------------For his willingness to challenge conventional methods aka "the same tired old 10 flex articles recycled over and over again"---most people aren't willing to figure out what works best for their own bodies and push themselves through shocking and grueling workouts. Most people are just lazy.
#2------------He's smarter than he lets on and almost zen like in his ability to deflect criticism with humour. Anyone who goes through the getbig fire like he did for his "dick pictures", etc and still comes around, you have to respect.

keep an eye on circuit city, i picked mine up on an incredible payment plan with no interest until july of 2008, monthly payments low enough that if i give up on night at the bar per month i'll still have extra money. i'm sure a similar deal will spring up soon.

I am going to duplicate your conditioning using my methodology of NO CARDIO and Eating Doughnuts and Cookies.
I don`t know my weight. But I will tell you that bulking up to a high bodyfat is not too smart to do unless you know how to lose the weight.
Most people never make it back down to ever see their abs again and just get stuck and are relegated to to being a fat ass. Then the delusionality sets in. That whole mantra, eat big to get big is a bunch of shit.
I do not plan to ever bulk up again, I can confirm that there is no benefit to doing it. However, if you love food and just want to see how much weight you can push, then it is fun. But in reality, it is a waste.
You will pay for it for a few months, that is if you ever plan on seeing your abs again.

training without sleep in a 48 hour time period (working 5-8 hour days also) requires massive amount of food for energy and even more to stay awake , you find food digests even faster.
this is a great method i like to use lets say if i stay out late and have some good weed, im not really gonna want to go to bed cause im so high so i pig the fuck out stay up all night eating / jacking off for fun ect more eating ect , since my gym is open 24 hours a day i can hit up a LONG workout I can take my time between sets so i dont gass out to fast, i always carry some sort of food , cakes, doughnuts, soda quick energy stuff to keep me going all through the early morning hours.3-4 hour workout or so
work a 5 -7 hour day , painting carpentry cleaning stuff , if i have more herb ill smoke it and hit the gym again maybe 2-3 hours or whatever, sleep that night maybe 10-11 hours
next night sleep 10 hours or so
then regular 8 hours
maybe a few days later hit up the 48 hour thing and do it all over..
A WARRIOR NEVER TURNS DOWN FOOD IN FEARS OF GETTING FAT, AND A WARRIOR NEVER SLEEPS WHEN BATTLE HAS BEGUN. Im sure in old times they may have stayed up for days fighting a constant battle.... weed definitly helps with this , i could probably do it sober but its ALOT more fun and delerious when you are high. especially at the 48 hour mark with no sleep you see trails :)

i dont eat stupids amount of food if im not training im talking 8000 calorie type shit, my theory is you can only grow muscle but so fast. so on days im not training or recovering from sleep deprivation my calories are around 3-4000
also for me to eat 7-8000 calories is like someone shorter eating 5-6000
if im doing a 48 hour thing my guess is in one day i get around 8000 and the next day even higher training/sleep deprevation

maybe but im counteracting any bad thing im doing by working out staying active. i reach new peak levels of conditioning on these days because while im working out i look dryer maybe from lack of sleep more pumped from all the food and excessive training. im relatively catching up on rest the next days

there are people who will never, ever be able to move those weights no matter what they do, it's important to train heavy but you have to be realistic.

After I woke up I realized I got hired at a department store selling cologne for 5.25$ an hour.

not really boasting (hardcore warrior). just trying to change your life by taking on a different mental approach, getting more accomplished in a time frame sacrificing sleep, to perhaps do more of a workload per hour in a 48 hour period without rest, than a 48 hour period with rest
