Bigger than heath,dex,ray....etc and smaller than those you listed before. So he is not small nor big.

You are absolutely correct. 230s does seem kinda low for a 6' guy ;D

Not sure where you got that info from, but it's wrong.
Chick came on here himself and said the heaviest he weigh was somewhere near 250, at (I think) the Ironman a few years back. Go through his older posts (probably a month or so ago), and you'll be able to find it.

The most common denominator is weight...the heavier they get, the worse their proportion.

I won the USA at 235, I was about 242-45 for the NOC and Olympia...The heaviest I competed was the Ironman at around 250...didn't like the look.

There is a cap on how much quality weight you can put on before it starts taking away from your shoulder to waist ratio...even if it's quality muscle.
