I have shortened my sessions, made them more intense, and sarted lifting one heavy one light day, 2x a week..I haven't had a day off in 14 days......legs rests my upper body and arms is an aka rest day...cardio is 1x a week MAX.......AND I ambeating my last weeks numbers by either one rep or 5lbs on every major lift........why is this? Is it because my nutrition is good? Well rested? sit for 8 hours in an office before I train? 300mg of cyp a week? or just because I am i such a weak state, that there is no room but up?? I mean, 6 months ago 135 on bench was a struggle...not the weight per se, but my shlders and limbs and body was so beaten up, it was hell....this week, I knocked out 195 for an eazy one prob. 2..........thoughts?

when you first start lifting you progress very quickly
this will taper off as your body adapts

I am atually decently strong for the state of being I am in.....6'2 with a large frame I should be 250 and I'm about 160 with sub 9%........deads are over 300lbs, bench is over 200lbs......not crazy numbers, but not a weak puss........I'll get there......Imagine what I'll be like at 200........it can only be greater....what drugs?

I'm a big believer in rest and recovery.. when you rest, you let your body rebuild the muscles back up.. if you dont let your body recover from the stress of working out. your body will end up over training mode or can't keep up with the break down to build up.
bob cick is right when he says "bodybuilding is about muscle break down and muscle build up"
if your training hard enough, you dont wanna train over five days a week.
its not the number of workout but what you put in it.

bro...you are not "on," your hrt doesnt give you the super or megadoses of test that steroids in bbing are intended to be given in. secondly being 6 2 and only a buck sixty is pathetic..im 175lb... 5 10...18 yrs old natty..and own you in everything come on..dont try and get advanced stick to the basics. rest works. recovery is necessary.

What the hell are you talking about? With the way you train & eat & use drugs you'll never get to 200lbs. Lugar you won't let anyone try to help you. After reading your numerous posts you appear to be overtrained & very obsessive (not just about your abs). I tried to tell you awhile ago you need to take a break. I mean don't train for about two or three months. & also eat like a normal person & not like a bodybuilder. It would probably do you more good then you realize. Hell, it won't hurt you to gain a little fat.
