I used to train forearms directly with wrist curls, etc and got no results.
So i stopped direct forearm work but started doing hammer curls for biceps, and strapless deadlifts and db rows and my forearms have exploded.
Some of you advised me to do that a few months back and it worked, thanks guys.

Cool! Forearms rules 8)

add reverse bar curls and do your bent over bar rows without straps as well

Agreed, doing all your backwork strapless works wonders, adding just reverse bar curls gives them that little extra they need. I find heavy barbell curls when working biceps also works.

IMO you won't get much forearm development from going without straps. Use them where ever they help, then find effective forearm exercises. Two separate things, to me.

whatever floats ya boat
squats will make your forearms bigger as well...how does that grab ya?

That's another one of those unproven theories, that squats are vital for upper body development. ;)

tell me one thing that IS proven, across the board...flat out guaranteed to work for every single man woman and child that trains with resistance pumpster

Agreed.
Try reverse grip curls with your thumb over, like a hook grip, really tears up the forearms.
I'd also try some dead hangs.
Step 1: Hang from a pullup bar
Step 2: repeat step 1 for desired time
also you can try some stongman holds, pinches, using various bar widths, farmers walks......tons of good stuff!

strapless back work FORCES your hands to hold the weight, thus giving your forearms more work to do. It's proven
Pumper continues to be an assclown

Do u think reverse curls are a great forearm workout??
never erally dobne them regularly.
Iv been rotating with db wrist curls....ez reverse wrist curls and one i dont know the name of but its pretty awesome. stand upright with barbell behind u, grasp it with palms facing away, and curl wrist upwards, its like a standing wrist curl, pause at the top and u can feel it in the under part of ur forearms.
