does anyone recommend cycling carb intake high and low on a casual cut (not contest prep)? Or should I just eat the same amounts of carbs everyday?
-
The leanest ive ever been was when I carb cycled....makes those 'low' days easier to get thru too when you know the next day or so has got yummy carbs in it etc ;D
-
carb cycling is good.
do a high carb day every 4-6 days if you're already lean, otherwise 5-7 days.
If you can see your abs, every 3 days should be ok.

so do you mean, that as you cut more so that you can see your abs, you should add more high carb days in?

Yes, watching carefully not to get fat again.
This way you can build muscle and lose fat.

when you're doing this make sure you go by the mirror and not the scales!
