40%BF? I only wish I were so lean. But c'mon, at 40%BF my arms are at least 14 inches!! You can ask Da Block. And BTW, I just happen to carry that last 20%BF all in my face. I was actually shredded and grainy at the prejudging that morning but spilled over at the Expo. I will be using Chad or Hany for the next show, so expect greatness.
