John Travolta is gonna be JR.
Apparantely his wife in real life, Kelly Preston is gonna be Sue Ellen after Jennifer Lopez turned down the role (personally I think she would've been good for Pam, looked a lot like Pam on the Oscars!)

Owen Wilson will be Bobby Ewing.

OMG, ...I just can't see Owen Wilson replacing Patrick Ewing. I just can't see it.

I think Teri Hatcher would make a good Sue Ellen
