This man is outright lying, of course.

It's almost comical now.  This is a man of authority on the 9/11 story, speaking on behalf of the official story, and he is ignoring one of the major tenets of their own damn report, aside from being widely reported and studied.

This man it either grossly incompetent, or he is lying to your face.
