yeah i cant pose i never practice.

legs are good too i treat them like any other body part if not more important than any other body part but i dont have pics yet.

and i love working out, not the actual sport of bodybuilding. i dont follow whats going on in the world of bodybuilding as far as competitions and pros are concerned.

and i forgot to mention im natural but you could have probably guessed that since im not the most filled out 6'3 bodybuilder out there.

and also thanks figgs youre right abs are too pussy for these bitches haha

i swear, ive never taken steroids. i used to be very, very skinny and so im just naturally lean. i do cardio but my genetics still give me an advantage. plus, to be honest, the lighting in the locker room where the pic was taken is very good and looks great on my camera phone so that also exaggerates it a bit.

only thing i have taken is regular plain old creatine monohydrate and even that i stopped taking last month.
